This bass is for my sister and her two boys, who live in Hawaii. When she asked me to build her a bass I said I'd only do it if she found some koa locally for the project and sent it to me. Sure, I can get koa all day long, but where's the fun in that? Well, she came through and sent me some extra, enough for two more basses. The bass also has walnut accent stripe and an ash back. Won't be too much longer. She's been waiting patiently.

Here's one for the "Special Projects" section. It's based on the TRX design, but without the multi-scale thing. It's heading to a destination that's halfway around the globe and in the southern hemisphere...mate.
